Job Description
We are hiring a hands-on Field Technician to install and maintain landline, ADSL and mobile tower equipment across the beautiful but remote Ha'apai island group. This is a physically active role suited to someone who enjoys practical, outdoor work and takes pride in getting customers connected.
Key Responsibilities
- Install new landline, ADSL and mobile connections at customer premises
- Diagnose and repair faults on copper, fibre and wireless links
- Perform routine maintenance on mobile tower sites within Ha'apai
- Safely operate ladders, poles and basic climbing equipment
- Complete job cards and report faults back to the Technical team in Nuku'alofa
- Travel by boat or small aircraft between islands within the Ha'apai group as required
Requirements
- 2-4 years' experience in cabling, electrical or telecommunications installation work
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver's licence; boat handling experience an advantage
- Physically fit and able to carry equipment to remote sites
- Based in or willing to relocate to Pangai, Ha'apai

Job Description
Our flagship TCC Shop in Nuku'alofa is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join the team on a part-time basis. You'll be the face of TCC for customers browsing devices, upgrading plans and picking up accessories in-store.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers browsing phones, accessories and plans
- Explain plan options and help customers choose the right package
- Process SIM activations, device sales and accessory purchases at the till
- Keep displays tidy, priced correctly and well stocked
- Meet monthly sales targets set by the Store Manager
- Handle basic customer complaints and escalate where necessary
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
- Some retail or sales experience preferred but not essential - full training provided
- Comfortable using a point-of-sale till system
- Available to work retail hours, including some Saturdays
IT Support Specialist

Job Description
TCC's Information Technology team is looking for an IT Support Specialist to keep our internal systems, staff devices and business applications running smoothly across our Nuku'alofa head office and branch locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second line support to TCC staff via phone, email and in person
- Set up, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops and printers
- Manage user accounts, permissions and email access
- Support internal business systems, including billing and HR software
- Maintain an accurate IT asset register and ticketing log
- Escalate complex server or network issues to senior IT staff
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 2-3 years' experience in an IT helpdesk or support role
- Working knowledge of Windows and basic Linux administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-service mindset
- Able to prioritise multiple support requests under time pressure
