Job Description
As part of TCC's ongoing network expansion project, we are hiring a Fibre Optic Installer on a fixed-term contract to support the rollout of fibre broadband to homes and businesses across 'Eua. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of bringing faster internet to a growing community.
Key Responsibilities
- Install fibre optic cable both underground and aerially between poles
- Splice and terminate fibre connections at distribution points and customer premises
- Perform OTDR testing to confirm signal quality before handover
- Work alongside civil contractors on trenching and duct installation
- Complete daily progress and safety reports for the project supervisor
Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in fibre optic or telecommunications cable installation
- Familiarity with fibre splicing equipment and OTDR testers
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work, including trenching and pole climbing
- Based in or able to relocate to 'Eua for the duration of the contract
- Contract length: approximately 6 months, with possibility of extension

Job Description
TCC's Call Centre in Nuku'alofa is the voice of our company for thousands of customers across Tonga every day. We are looking for Call Centre Agents who can deliver friendly, efficient support over the phone while keeping accurate records of every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding billing, plans, technical issues and general enquiries
- Log call details and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
- Resolve customer issues on the first call wherever possible
- Escalate technical or billing disputes to the appropriate department
- Meet call quality, handling time and customer satisfaction targets
- Work rotating shifts, including some evenings and weekends
Requirements
- Tonga Form 6 certificate or equivalent; further study an advantage
- Clear, confident phone manner in both Tongan and English
- Ability to multitask between talking to customers and using computer systems
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
We're looking for a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to help promote TCC's mobile, broadband and retail offers across Tonga. You'll work closely with the Sales and Shop teams to plan campaigns that reach customers on the islands and online.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule content for TCC's social media channels
- Design simple promotional materials for in-store and online use
- Coordinate radio, print and digital advertising campaigns
- Track campaign performance and prepare simple reporting summaries
- Support the planning of community events and sponsorships
- Liaise with external printers, media outlets and agencies
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 2-4 years' experience in a marketing or communications role
- Confident using social media platforms and basic design tools
- Strong written communication skills in English and Tongan
- Creative thinker who can manage several projects at once
